Tire Kingdom

Poor service, I dropped my car off on the 1st of July for oil change, on the 11th oil light came on only to realized they never changed my oil but charged me for a high milage oil change. Took it there on the 12th and had to go back and forth with Manager before I proved his theory wrong

They took the vehicle without an appointment and they had the service completed within hours

Pro: Tires available and installed short notice. Con: However they over inflated the tires, and left tools attached to my vehicle following service that fell off while I was heading home.

Ease of getting in for an oil change, updates, service, thoroughness

scratched my rim.

We unexpectedly had to purchase a tire due to it popping on the highway at our way home. Donald was extremely helpful and got us in and out very quickly, which was very much appreciated.

The whole process was very easy. The online scheduling was easy and precise. The staff was phenomenal. They were very kind and full of knowledge. I waited with my vehicle for only roughly 40 mins. I had a fantastic experience. The staff and service was excellent.

I was traveling out of state and developed a problem with my brakes and rotor. Joshua Johnson worked with me to get my car fixed and back on the road quickly. He was patient and friendly and explained everything.

Donald and Nick were able to assess that the tire was able to be prepared instead of replaced and did so. I’m grateful they didn’t take advantage of my situation to try to make a sale of a tire when it wasn’t needed.

Excellent Staff

I went for a tire rotation and I needed several other things. They were great about doing everything, but I had to wait 3 hours. They should have come in and told me that it would take hours and I could have had my wife come get me.

Shawn was very helpful and very attentive while listening to my issues. I feel like he went above and beyond in helping solve the problem
