When entering the location I was immediately helped and provided quick and easy service got the costs in front of me and provided me with good customer service when I asked questions. There work is appreciated.

Mr. Donnie ( I think that was his name) took his time explaining the condition of my vehicle (i.e. brakes). He also presented all of the options in regards to the oil change. I purchased a high mileage. He informed me that the manufacturer recommended blended or full synthetic. He also shared with my how long I could wait to get my breaks repaired. I appreciate the honest and genuine concern.

The technician Donald Merrill went out if his way to get 2 tires for my vehicle. They had them marked as in stock but when he ran the e check and as he was explaining everything he noticed and red flag. He had to drive 15 miles out of his way to another location on his lunch break. Very thoughtful and I appreciated it.

Ok service. They need more help though. The wait time was ridiculous.

They got me checked in fairly quickly and told me exactly what services my vehicle needed. It took about an hour which I was expecting. Only down side is that I needed to go to the counter to let them know my vehicle was done as I saw it being pulled to the the front. The work order was sitting in the completed bin but no one seemed to notice. They walked out into the garage and did other things before checking me out.
