I had to replace a tire for a snapped cord. I purchased my tire from eBay and not the store. I showed up Saturday with no appointment as i forgot to make one, but Sean checked me right in and handled my needs. As it turns out, i have a second tire that’s bad and will need replacing. So i ordered another tire. And this time made an spontaneity for next Saturday.

I’ve had bad experiences with car shops in the past which made me nervous to even call around to ask questions. This was the first place i called and they were super friendly which put me at ease and made me go to them for service. In person everyone i talked to was very kind and helpful with explaining what was going on.

Repairs came in under estimate and repairs were made much sooner than expected. I'm from Ohio visiting my daughter and a wheel bearing went bad. Was very satisfied with how everything went.
