Very attentive and thorough.

My tire went flat on the interstate when I was traveling for vacation from Florida to Georgia. When my car was towed to this location, I discovered it was closing. The staff did not complain one time and they repaired my tires while my daughter and I waited. It was a quick process and I all staff members were polite and professional

Me, my 7 week old son and his dad pulled up to Tire Kingdom at 5:51p on Friday night via a Tow Truck. We had spent the last 2 hours trying to get a lug nut off of a real wheel - we were exhausted, stressed and still had one delivery to make (we deliver furniture).. not to mention we were an hour away from home because we had driven into Georgia from Jacksonville for said delivery. Not only did Donald and Patrick help us, they stayed for 2 HOURS AFTER CLOSING - IN THE RAIN (!!!!!) to get this stripped lug off. We still wound up making it to our delivery and made it back home safe to Jacksonville after. I don't have enough words in my vocabulary for the praise that Donald and Patrick deserve.. I just know that they both practiced true brotherly love and helped out strangers without asking for any Thanks in return. 10/10 BEST SERVICE EVER!

I ordered my tires from simple tire. com due to having issues getting all of the tires at the same time the last three purchases from other locations. This visit; all tires were there, but not the valve stems. They were obtained quickly and I was overall satisfied with the service.
