These guys always do a great job and provide good customer service. I came to pick up my car after the store had already closed and an employee stayed back to help me out. This is one of my favorite tire Kingdom locations!

Overall good service, had to get more services done so it was a few days which was ok.

The Service was good. However, its the details from the last two times I went in for Service. Ex) oil change they did not place a sticker in the window for the next service date and they did not reset the Oil gage to 100%. When I got new tires there was still paper on one tire so I had leaves that stuck to the tire.

The entire process was easy from getting an appointment to getting my bad tire replaced and getting out the door. The only bad thing was that I was use to your old location on GTB and did not know you had moved to Dunedin 6 months ago so I was a bit late for the appointment.

RESOLVED ISSUE WITH TIRES BY SUGGESTING DIFFERENT METHOD OF ROTATION TO GET FULLEST WEAR!

Price selection and professionalism of service technicians

Tire Kingdom does good work. I've had few problems with them at this location in over 6 years. They're employee turnover is low and they've had the same manager there for years. They're always busy. However, they are expensive in comparison to other shops. Since they own Tire Rack, I get a price from Tire Rack which Tire Kingdom matches. I always get my truck tires there because they are usually offering a deal.

I have been coming here a number of years now and have always been treated well and services have always been done in a timely manner. I was there less than 30 minutes today. I'm grateful for their friendly and professional service. I will continue to go there and always recommend them to others.

Took too long..3 hours to put on 4 new tires. Get a ride there & back. NOT a clean waiting area. Sanitizer available, did NOT want to use facilities.

The young lad that had checked me to the polite service tech were both exceptional. Kind, polite and fulfilled my needs very quickly.

I find this particular Tire Kingdom very difficult to work with, paid over $700 for set of tires 10 months ago, bought the hazard insurance, picked up a large screw in the tire, I thought they should have replaced the tire, they insisted in a patch, I am not satisficed this does not allow me to rate them one star
