I arrived at the scheduled time for my appointment. After 15 minutes they took the car in and completed the service. They did not try to sell me any additional services. THAT impressed me/ Car was clean and services were done correctly.

Had tire checked to see it needed to be replaced ( as suggested by another repair shop). Did not need to be replaced, and Tire Kingdom checked allignment on all tires at no charge while I had car there. Service is always great and honest recommendations.

Adrian listened to my concerns and seemed to really care to get a solution.

Technician found a bad bearing and tie rod bushing bad. Replacing now saved me from ruining a new set of 4 tires.

I had a very personable and informative discussion with Adrian before and after the scheduled service. The vehicle was returned in the same condition as it was provided for service.
