Customer service. When there was a delay, how quickly they notified me of ordering the part. The manager Jeffery and his staff working on the vehicle are very respectful and nice. Definitely going to make them my main car service for awhile.

The attention to me, and a concern for my problem was 100%. Definitely I felt a genuine care. This store needs to train others on customer service. Will definitely recommend this store 167, for listening to the customer and recommending a answer and solution. Second thing is fast service, and a reasonable price. The manager Jeff, went thru all things explaining for would be done and the total price. Guess what, zero surprises. Really can not be more appreciative of my interactions with the store 167.

Oil and filter change went excellent. They helped to diagnose another problem that I had. After calling the dealership and finding out it would take forever and a day to get in to work under warranty, Midas was very helpful and willing to help get the necessary work done and close to my deductible price. Going over and beyond helps lock in a loyal customer!
