Tire Kingdom

I was told I had a nail that was dangerously embedded in my tire by Palm Coast Ford and needed a whole new tire. It looked so insignificant that I took it to Tire Kingdom who showed me it was a small recess screw that didnt even penetrate the tire and didnt charge me for the service.

I always get the best service at this location

65,000 Road Hazard Warranty purchased on Qty 2 Cooper GLS Touring 196/65R15 Tires. Tires rotated.

Service Manager explained what was wrong , and corrected the problem. Service was good , will return to this Tire kingdom for all of my vehicles.

Came in for a wheel alignment. Car was aligned, but service advisor stated it was still pulling. He noticed one of the tires was different from the rest( from a previous blowout) He stated it was doing that because of the different tread pattern. He rotated tires, and the pulling was gone. Great diagnostic on his part

Tire Kingdom did a tire balance and tire rotation as well as an oil change. The oil change was done adequately. The tire balance was done very well. The only complaint that I have is that the tire pressures vary significantly from Tire to tire. More than 4 lbs. So they did not fill the tires properly. Prior to the balancing and rotation my tires pressures were within one pound of each other. I have used Tire Kingdom in the past and they are usually much more precise.

These employees were absolutely a life saver. Jean and Phil were amazing at getting me back on the road even when I showed up at 3:53pm to fix the second dry rotted tire on my trailer. Absolutely amazing service and gave up their time to help me at my worst time.

Did not have an appointment. Gene was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Dropped off the car early morning! It's was completely finished and done ready for pickup 5 hours later with no appointment scheduled. Great Job guys. Thanks Gene!

The were very nice and responsive. They replaced the light bulbs in the front lambs in less then 5 minutes. I have to said they were very bussy.
