The Employees Pete & Big Country (employee at a 2nd store) aswell as the store manager Frank are awesome people. I sure hope Tire Kingdom as a whole knows what impeccable employee's they have. Even during this pandemic they made us feel welcomed. There was an issue that took place with our oil change, and it was addressed and corrected immediately and promptly between 2 stores (we were heading to a family emergency when the problem took place). A1+++++ customer service all the way!

My husband usually takes the vehicles for new tires or whatever. I did this time. And I was very pleased with the service and time it took to put on 4 new tires. I got to sit and wait for vehicle and was very satisfied. Made an appointment to go back to have the alignment done.

Took advantage of the Free Life-time Tire Rotation on the tires I had purchased from them. This along with their inspection of critical elements, met my 35K mile service requirement for my car.

I relocated to Palm Coast, from Jacksonville. I was a Jacksonville Tire Kingdom customer for 20+ years. I didn’t know if they had the same Customer Service in Palm Coast. They did not Disappoint! Awesome Service! They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need! Will definitely return for all of my Tire & Brake Service needs!
