Excellent customer service

I went online to order my tires and book my appointment. The store called me at 10am the next morning and confirmed that the tires were at the store. They asked if I could drop my vehicle off early to avoid a late pickup. I dropped it off at noon and it was ready by 4:30pm. Larry explained in great detail what was needed. He did a thorough inspection of all 4 tires. Even told me when the tires were manufactured. Ronald took the time to explain what the alignment report meant. I am very impressed with the customer service.
