Everything went smoothly. Staff was friendly. If this was my old store in Tampa, I would tidy up the front end a bit.

I made the appointment May 15 for three tires. When I got there today they did not know or have a copy of the quote i was given in May, I did not have a quote either. The gentleman who helped me was so very helpful and they did not have the tires I was quoted but he got me a different brand and better price. I have been going to Tire Kingdom many years and feel for the people they do not have enough help and people will be standing because they only have one person to help you. They deserve better than that. In May the person who got the car in for oil change was supposed to get the quote but go busy and did not. Someone else gave me the quote but apparently didn;t save it so today the gentleman was at a loss. Every time I go there are different people. I go this Tire K because the other one I went to was so disorganized and it took forever, even with an appointent, which I always have. Even with an issue, I was still in and out in about 1 1/2 hours.

Staff is always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are compatible with other local service centers.

I would highly recommend Midas on Telegraph in Southfield, to anyone in need of car repairs, or tires. The staff is so friendly, professional, and very honest. Jay is just one of the mechanics that works there, and one of the best, and I feel Jay is an asset to Midas. I would definitely go there for any vehicle issues if I have any in the future.
