This review is so we'll deserved. I have had an issue at a different TK location and was suggested to go the Location on Bird Road. I will say that I felt I was getting treated well as soon as Jason answered the phone and scheduled e for an appointment. I met Nic Lambert the manager when I got there who also was super nice & professional. the bottom line is 1) the place was super clean even smelled nice 2) I was updated regarding the service multiple times. 3) it did not take long and I was back on my way 4) Who now that a tire place can offer a high level of service like this it has been an exceptional experience Nic & Jason please never leave this location you made me a happy and a customer for all my future TK related service calls Keep up the great work it would be nice if more TK places followed this location as how to treat a customer this is a true and heartfelt review thanks guys for a great experience

We got there early, although it was a long line, we go through pretty quickly, left my car for 2 hrs for recall issue, came and picked it up.

Nick and his team at the Bird Road Tire Kingdom always provide great service.

Service was good. Said they were out of normal filters so he said they had other filters they could get but did not mention the increase in price. Didn't feel like hassling over $30 when it came time to pay the bill.

Customer Service

Service advisor was polite and knowledgeable. However, tire treads are bowing/bowed (possibly from poor Storage) and causing road noise and poor mileage

I was treated very well by Nicholas Lambert, Nelson Martinez and Juan Tejerá. They repaired my car to my fullest satisfaction very honestly!

Honest and great service.

Very bad. I went to changed my oil , rotation and alignment. I bought my 4 wheels there before and they told me the rotation and alignment was very important. So when I got back home, I realized they didnt rotate my wheels. I though that was very important right? I called back and they told me to come the next day to do the rotation. Never said sorry and they didnt care. Ill never go back. I dont trust this people anymore.
