Called about my situation and they said bring it right in. They got it inspected emedeately and explained what it would take to fix it right and be safe again. (Had brake issues) Joham Perez helped me with the pricing and kept me in the loop through the whole process. I was able to get new tires with the repairs and feel safe driving on the road again. Thank you Joham for helping me and getting me going again fast.

I booked the service appointment via their app. Even so the job took an extra 2 hours because only 3 of 4 tires were immediately available, the 4th had to be shipped from Orlando. The service itself was excellent but my experience could have been better.

I love the customer service at every Tire Kingdom. Today they followed my directions and called me when the charges were over 200.00.

They took care of replacing my two tires in a very timely manner.

Manager was very friendly and took care of every question I had. Service was very fast and thorough, they pointed out a few other minor issues with my vehicle that I will definitely be back for them to fix.

I made first appointment of the day to reduce possible wait. Service started promptly at 7:00 am tire came off 10 minutes later yet...had to wait another 45 minutes for the ONE tire replacement service. Then when I got home and checked the new tire was overinflated by 2.5 lbs. I didnt complain but Not Happy.

Michael was great, he was very helpful and proficient. I needed a new tire and I waited for it without appt and he got it done in a good time. This is my second tire and he helped fantastically both times. He's very kind with great service!

Good deal on tires. Buy 3 get 1 free. On a budget and was given additional discount

They put a sticker in the window indicating the current mileage instead of when the next oil change should be done; I now have an annoying rattle under my hood that I can't find and was never there before; and my car is now leaking oil, something it never did prior to their service. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with them. I have no plans of ever going back to them and I will advise my family, friends and entire church congregation to never do business with Tire Kingdom.
