The morning manager took the time to listen to what was wrong with my car, and he and a mechanic took the time to look at it before all the morning appointments came in even though I did not have an appointment. They then honestly told me they weren’t sure what was wrong and to take it to the dealership to be sure. Their kindness and candor really made my morning!

I could not get an appointment that worked at the Tire Kingdom I usually go to with prior vehicles but I am actually glad I couldn’t! Paul was great from the beginning to the end. He understood my Tesla needed to be serviced by experienced techs and asked if I could wait a day to ensure they would work on it. He also explained my tire choices and gave great advice to help me choose the best one for my vehicle. This was my first time taking my Tesla to a non-Tesla service center and so I was a bit uncertain, but I will definitely be continuing to take my vehicles to this Tire Kingdom.
