It’s close to home, I scheduled an appointment online & went in & waited for my car to be done. It was a short wait time & everyone was nice :)

Went to Tire Kingdom after after Honda dealership told me my tires needed replacement. I went to Tire Kingdom in Clermont Florida and met Paul Nemiroff who confirmed I needed tires, he quoted me on three brands of tires and explained the difference of each. My quote from him included installation with tire alignment. He made the whole purchasing process so easy. He ordered the tires I chose and called me a few days later when they arrived and scheduled the installation. Paul made the process so easy. I will be back to Tire Kingdom in the future for vehicle services they provide.

The staff was very kind and welcoming upon coming in for my appointment. They were very busy during my visit, but everyone still made plenty of time to explain what was needed and why - along with the price/item breakdown. Garrett and Ryan mainly helped during my visit and were very friendly.

This was my 1st oil change with this new car that wasn't at the dealership. The gentleman who helped out was great. We didn't know that my car took a special filter and oil. unfortunately I was on tight time frame due to work and then needing to travel that week with the car. He was able to get it from another site and I still got out in under 1 hour. GREAT JOB!! I'll definitely come back and now I know about my vehicle needing a special filter and can request it ahead of time. He also honored the price I paid online since we didn't know this would be the case for my vehicle.
