Tire Kingdom

For the 3rd time I have had to wait hours for service. This time, I dropped off the car... after 4 hours I did not hear from them so I called; called again in an hour.... ultimately we picked up my car after it was at Tire Kingdeom for 6 hours... No results... no service done. We were told of various items needed and they couldn't get the parts... parts coming from California, etc... We had to call them... they never called us .... no excuses; terrible service

The people were great! They even made up for the lack of vending machines in the building. (Who doesn't have vending machines? How can you get a Pepsi while you wait?)

Have had vehicle service here for last 5 years. Always thorough with work and explanation. No surprise's.

The Associate got with me right when she opened the doors. I had a leaking tire and really needed to get to work. Bonnie fit me in to the schedual and got me on my way in no time. Walmart said 3 hours and they could not patch my tire any faster. Tire Kingdom was just down the road so i figured I would try. I am thankful I did.

They got the vehicle in and out in a timely matter! My vehicle was done sooner than the time they said it would be completed.
