My usual Tire Kingdom had an issue with their a/c unit, so I scheduled service at this location. Trevor was very helpful in discussing pricing and parts availability, then kept me updated on progress during the day.

Customer service is great. Zach was patient and explained everything very well. The only complaint is that I ended up leaving the car overnight since there were not enough mechanics.

Easy drop off and finish. I did not expect to do my rotors but they let you look at the old parts if you need to and past history has always left me with good integrity.

Only wished there were small cups for coffee but other than that friendliness, customer service, and thoroughness were outstanding. A tech brought a problem bolt out to show me and explained that it was more than likely the culprit of my problems and replaced it for me. Two thumbs up would be more if I had more than two thumbs!

Daniel was super nice and clear on everything. He said it was going to take 20 min for my tire and that’s exactly how long it took. Awesome location and staff.
