Store manager Charles is very approachable and has a natural trustworthiness about his aura. Excellent management material. He and the other techs also are nice which is rare, other shops techs don't make eye contact with us or even conversate. I have returned already 4 or 5 times , and hope, the service level continues. The worst Trust lost, is Trust that was earned. Special shout out to cert mechanic Mario for the excellent bearing replacement I had, and Michael. Both can lift my hood anytime !
