The store manager Lynn was wonderful even when computer system locked up ...he kept us informed and even joking about it . He kept a very nervous older woman (me) calm. He is wonderful ❤️

The online scheduling worked very well. I received a text at the start of the service, then a text when it was ready. I dropped my truck off earlier in the day. My actual service appointment was for 5pm. I received a text that it was ready about 3pm! The Service writer was very nice, no pressure.

Didnt vacuum or clean windows

Staff at the front counter was very helpful and amazing! Service was quick.

They didnt tighten some nuts after performing the alignment and it rattled. Thought the tires were gonna fall off. Brought it back in and they fixed it. Also, I asked for road hazard on new tires. On the receipt, They said I declined it. Then charged me even more to add it back on when the rep I talked to on the phone said it didnt cost anything extra to add it.

We have used this location for many years. Always polite and helpful. Prices are fair for the number of services you receive.
