Clean and professional, I Always have had my tires done at Discount Tire, but none were in the area. So I decided on Tire Kingdom. I will be back.

Tire Kingdom took over 2 hours to complete everything (Alignment, Oil Change, Tire Rotation). I had to visit them twice only to be told that it wasn't ready yetI finally picked up the Kia on the following day..Odometer reading was NOT updated. Its now at 56049.

Ethan was friendly, informative and detailed in his service. My visit was quick and straightforward. I was happy that I came and that Ethan was able to assist. I arrived there and there were multiple clients waiting to be serviced. But, Ethan did a great job in expediting the line and being attentive to each client while doing so!

Firstly I had to wait about 2 hours for 4 tire change, called and asked if car ready, salesman said still looking for the new tires??. Couldn't wait longer, drive away came back next day and the job was done within reasonable timeframe. But ..... I realized that they forgot one tire bold !!! On one tire, car still not aligned correctly and vires to the right. Go back tomorrow first thing in the morningI spent thousand of dollars at this particular tire kingdom and bring all my 4 cars there for service, but after this mishap I'm reconsidering.

Mario was a phenomenal mechanic. Explained everything that was going on a few times during my time there. The front end associates were very friendly

"I made an appointment for a oil change on 12/13/15 at 12:30 pm at the Lake Park facility, which was confirmed by e-mail. At 1:30 I noticed my vehicle appeared to be in the same parking space as I had parked it in so I asked the manager if the work was completed and he said he would check on it, he came back and told me he could not find the paperwork, I informed him I had signed the paperwork and given the key to the employee who completed the initial paperwork. He said that employee ""had gone to get gas and there was nothing he could do because he did not fill out the paperwork"". Around that time my vehicle was being backed out of the parking space. One hour after the confirmed scheduled appointment and nothing had been done. I asked the person in charge what the problem was and he stated some excuse. I realize things come up which are not in the control of the employees however some communication should take place with the customer. I left with no oil change and one hour of wasted time."
