Came in because my car was shaking uncontrollably out of no where. I just thought I needed a balance. The rep David found a issue with my tire and pointed out not only how dangerous it could have been but also that this could be the source of my issue. I was panicked because I was headed to Orlando for my daughters performance and was very very tight on time. Without making me any promises he said he would do the best he could to get me back on the road I time to get to my destination. Long story short, the service was fast, affordable and I made it! I am very appreciative of him.

I found a bolt in my left rear tire last night at 5:15 pm.No one could help me, I called several tire service centers. Tire Kingdom offered to help if I could come by at 7am. This is important as I had to drive to Weston, FL today for a procedure relating to a brain tumor. I could not wait all day for my car. With patience and professionalism, Ron had my car serviced immediately while also handling people walking in, telephone calls, and opening up for the morning. At 8:15 my car was ready to hit the road, and, Ron would not let me pay. It was a small amount (under $18), but a huge story for me. I will recommend Tire Kingdom all day long. Your company does many things right. The recharging station for iPhones, the coffee/water bar, the expansive shop window, but most importantly the recruitment of managers like Ron.
