they replaced passinger side hub and the first hub fell apart within 1 mile of shop (napa part). abs sensor no longer worked after replacement however was wondering why they didn't catch the light on the dash and was instead left to me to discover and walk back into the store to ask. after second hub all seemed well yet I was still left to pay for the sensor that didn't survive the replacement performed by the shop.

I do business with NTB for two reasons only, George, the store manager and James the front desk manager. They are the best professionals I have ever dealt with in every way. It has been a pleasure working with these gentlemen.

Customer service was good....However, did not rotate my tires as i was informed they would...? Not sure why it wasn't completed?

This NTB location is my go to store location for my car service needs due to many factors. The staff is very friendly and professional with every person that visits wether they are a returning customer or a new customer. The manager, George, works tirelessly to make sure every car serviced is treated with the best care possible. The staff is always efficient with their time without compromising the quality of the work done on each vehicle. This paired with their regular updates on the work being done to my vehicle allows me to be stress free knowing my car is in good hands. I always urge everyone I meet to get any work possible done at this NTB location because each worker, from management to mechanic, clearly takes pride in the work they do! I definitely will return to this location for my next car service needs.

I set an appointment and they were a hour late still getting to my car.

Customer service is excellent beyond compare.

The service itself was uneventful. Upon the check-in, the gentleman was questioning whether I am eligible for the life-time rotation/balance. I brought my own tires for installation, and purchased lift-time balance; and was told rotation wasn't something I could buy, and they would include rotation as part of the balance package. I was told a different story for this visit for the first time. He told me I had to buy tires from them to get rotation for free. This left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I stopped by unexpectedly because I had a bubble in my tire. I bought my tires at NTB. Checked if still under warranty, they were. George, Manager, is so professional. I was going to make an appointment and he said no, he will fix it now because of the danger of driving on that tire. He is amazing!! Only NTB I’ll go to!!

Since I did not go to a National Tire and Auto and have not idea where one is located, I cannot comment on this service. I also see other entries on my vehicle that have not occurred.

Was a easy process getting me in and getting me out.

Very bad Oil change. Car was overfilled twice. Mechanic clueless and had attitude. Should be fired!!

As always George is amazing. He is happy upbeat and goes out of his way to make sure the experience is a positive one even when it is busy and he has to help multiple people at the same time.
