I ARRIVED FOR MY APPOINTMENT ON TIME & WENT INSIDE, GAVE MY INFORMATION, TYPE OF OIL I PREFERRED, ROTATE MY TIRES, GAVE MY KEYS, & TOOK A SET AND WAITED! GEORGE TOOK MY INFORMATION, THE SERVICE PROVIDER CAME RIGHT IN PICKED UP MY SERVICE FOLDER KIT AND DROVE MY CAR INTO THE SERVICE BAY, & BEGAN SERVICING MY CAR!

Merchant's manager, Mr George Davis, goes beyond his job & always makes his customers feel like they are his favorite customer. He goes out of his way to be sure his customers get the best service & repairs, he is a man of his word. He doesn't try to rip customers off. If your car needs anything he will tell you, not milk you so that he can get something done to your car that really didn't need fixing. That's how you get repeat customers.

The store manager, George Davis, was extremely friendly and helpful. He applied coupons to my service in order to help me save money, and made me feel welcome & cared about. It’s hard to find a trustworthy place to get a car serviced especially as a woman, but I know I will be returning due to the excellent service George provided.

George and his staff at NTB were amazing, Very friendly to everyone who walk in and out and went above and beyond to ensure my car was evaluated and found a couple minor things that needed to be fixed and took care of those. I will be coming back for any future needs.
