After tires were balanced, there appeared to be vibration in the tires. They will need to be rebalanced.

I had an appt for 3 pm (brake pads and an oil change) and they said my car would be complete by 7 pm. After me calling and asking for a status, they said again it would be done by 7. They called at 6:21 saying they have to keep it until the next day but would be complete by 9am. Long story short they were not complete until 11:30 am the next morning. This is Extremely off putting and inconvenient. I will never have service done there again!!!

prices quoted to high I was told that I needed a caliber on my left rear and also needed new rotors and brake pads $1296 I got my car repaired by another shop for $536 including labor!!!!

The person who took my work lie to me, didnt fix the tire, try to sell two tires instead , I took the car to somewhere else to receives a second opinion They confirm that I dont need new tires and just need the plugHonestly goes long way, try to take advantage of people never is correctWe as customers need to do our homeworkI didnt use my judgment I went to get another professional opinion.

They took my vehicle in without an appointment for a oil change and was completed before my lunch break was over with in 45 mins.

The gentleman at the counter was thorough and able to help me that day. I think they are understaffed at the front desk but he took his time with each customer so no one felt rushed. He called to keep me up to date on the repair.
