Tire valve leak. Found the problem

The Service Manager, Arun, and the Service Technician, Zac, were very thorough, in telling me why the hole in the tire caused by a nail, could not be patched. Arun, talked about replacing two tires versus four tires. He then found 4 new Michelin Tires at a nearby NTB. Arun is a super Service Manager. Zac is a very technically astute mechanic.

We bought new tires and had four wheel alignment. Staff is polite and professional. Prices seemed reasonable. The credit card machine wasn't working right. That is why the rating was 4 stars and not 5. Just aggravating trying to pay.

This was my first time coming to this location and the service was excellent from start to finish. Arun checked me in and he was very friendly and informative. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend this location.

Service was great. Car complete when quoted. Only downfall is the cost, but most maintenance is more than Preferred.

Both Bruce and John were AWESOME!!! My car was towed to NTB due to alternator failure. I received calls from both asking what I had experienced and was informed of the specifics and pricing of repairs. They both were genuine about the ordeal I had gone through and just top notch with there work ethics! Bruce was able to pick me up, too! Thanks to all those involved in the repairs!

Mr. Bruce the store manager was delivered excellent customer service. I shared with Mr. Bruce that I left another NTB location because of very poor leadership and customer service. Mr. Bruce went above and beyond. He truly puts his customers first.

They fit me in with no appt checked my tire pressure, found a problem with the air tube with one tire, tightened it, checked the air pressure and did not charge me. I will go back when I need tires.
