Had a flat tire that could not be repaired. Was on the way to a medical appointment and they got me in and out so fast that I was not late. Greatly appreciate the knowledge, speed, and work ethic of your employees at the location I visited.

I came in for an inspection. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. They open on time and the facility is clean. Also, the tv is a great touch. I’ve always enjoyed coming to this location even when it was merchants tire.

I got a flat tire while in a big hurry and called this NTB. Jake said he would get me in as soon as I arrived. They were so busy when I pulled in, but Jake was a man of his word! They checked my tire for free and told me it could be repaired! They had me out of there in 30 minutes and saved my day!
