NTB-National Tire & Battery

Took a lot longer than was told to me. 4 hours of labor took 8 hours to complete.

Everytime I get my car serviced at NTB I always am highly pleased with the results. They are efficient and extremely communicative with me. They are also completely transparent about pricing prior to servicing my vehicle. All associates are incredibly nice.

Worst place on this side of the Mississippi.

Traveling from Ohio to Top Sail Beach. A brake line blew. We we very desperate to get to our destination. Went to NTB right next door to our hotel. There tech was not in he sent me to store 7340 to Edward Mercier. Edward greated me, said he knew I was coming due to other store calling him. He was so kind and very thorough. Explained everything to me and went above and beyond to find parts and get us back on the road. I Greatly Appreciate Edward very much. Thank You! Ps.
