The staff member’s at this location are always friendly and if I have any questions or concerns they are met. The tech Keith was very detailed in showing me what was the issue with my vehicle and how it can be fixed.

I wish I still lived around the high point area. This NTB has always treated me right and accomplished the work presented to them without any gimmicks or money grabbing scams.

The gentlemen were friendly & offered the assistance to make this safely possible for me to transport my children...

Takes time if you dont schedule but it is cheap and good quality service.

Did a very good job and the gentleman also informed me that my serpentine belt was worn out. He show me how it was cracking. I changed the belt myself because the fee was a little to high.

I had a 3pm appointment for an Oil change and tire rotation. When i left the shop it was after 5pm.. There were customers coming in after me, got checked in, and waited. They ended up leaving before me. Over 2 hrs for a oil change is ridiculous. I probably would not recommend them to friends or family.

They fixed splash guard, then changed on tires balanced them.

This was a oil change service. Tires were not rotated and the washer fluid not topped off. Air was not put into the tires. The oil was changed this appointment took 45 minutes.

Could not get my wheel to align

I was highly satisfied with this NTB experience, because of my sales associate Patrick Currier. They were fast and efficient with returning my car to me with all of the service done, and they informed me that my brakes need to be changed within the following weeks.
