Very quick transaction and also very helpful.

Used to be super happy with NTB but they are not what they used to be.

They gave me a great price and reminded me I need to do an inspection.

I can't give 5 stars like I normally do, as I had an appointment and the car wasn't ready until 3.5 hours later. (tire install) Love this place but have to give honest review.

Took care of all of our needs and our car.

Had an appointment got there on time. Car was taken in about 10 minutes later for an oil change n tire rotation a process that took 1hr n 55 minutes. Attendant appeared to be frustrated because I didnt adhere to suggested sales. Awful awful awful!!

High price unnecessary safety service

Barry and Jay were knowledgeable and communicated clearly with me during the entire process. I especially like the electronic communication about the service estimates and how it allowed me to request a phone call if my services were going to be over a certain amount of money. Also I had to call three times during the day with questions and every time someone answered the phone. The customer service in this location is stellar. And Barry the manager is running a strong operation and his staff is trained very well. With so much competition in the car maintenance world this NTB location has managed to set itself apart based on what matters most to customers - fairness, affordability and customer service.
