Scott was very honest about explaining the tire replacement and the reason for the type of oil change my car needed. I was out of the shop in an hour and 15 mins.

I've always come to a merchants or NTB. Very reliable. They couldn't fix my problem but tried. I like that they have all of my information in the system. They always do great, there is just something wrong with my make and model of the car for the year that I have to take to hyundai to fix.
