Great alignment work. Found a national back ordered tire and had it delivered the next day. All the work done on time and at cost expected.

Great service work

I no longer own this car because I traded it in 18 months ago, but I still receive notifications about it. It seems like whoever bought it is taking good care of it. Thank you, new owner. I loved this car for four years and had trouble trading it in. I hope it makes you as happy as it made me. Oh, and Merchants is good, too. I take my new car there sometimes.

This is my go to place. The staff is always pleasant and they don’t try to convince me to get unnecessary work done.

The only reason I gave a 2 star rating is that the survey would not slow me to select 1 star. The Service was unsatisfactory! It took a month to get a replacement tire And when it arrived it was the wrong tire but they installed it anyway. They failed to re-balance all tires as requested. I would not recommend NTB Auto.

The customer service from the associate who helped us was amazing! We came in with a flat tire and 3 dry rotting tires that were on their way out. We were seen right away by Erica Kozee and she helped us through the whole process, we are so grateful to her and everyone at NTB!
