Very professional & friendly & explained what type of oil, etc. would be used in my car. My husband & I have used Tire Kingdom at the Sebastian location for a long time & love their service. We have also bought tires there & have been very pleased.

After reviewing tires and selecting my choice, checked prices and found Tire Kingdom Sebastian, FL to be second lowest. Tire Kingdom has low price guaranty. Without hesitation, they honored the price. The tires were not in stock, however they had them in delivered the next day, mounted, balanced, performed alignment. Within two hours (I went to lunch and they called me the car was ready). Ride on vehicle improved significantly. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom for tire and alignment services.

The problem I had was non mechanical. Body shop issue. Brakes and all were fine. No attempt to rip off customer. Honest about problem.

I purchased 4 tires with alignment. I was charged more than my original quote but needed it done so I just accepted it and paid.

Clean waiting room. Friendly staff. In need of replacement tire -not able to be repaired. Ordered tire, requesting that the tire is the exact match to my existing tires because of the all wheel drive system. The tire I got, however, was not the exact match, close , but not the same tread pattern. So that new tire became a spare. 4 stars for the service manager, he tried. Computer showed exact replacement, which was system error, not his fault. Minus 1 star, stuck with tire I did not order.

The staff at the sebastian location is always professional and helpful. I have purchased tires there for both of my cars and will continue to do so.
