Took car in for front brakes and spent over 800.00 for them!

Easton is very professional

Got there and was told 15 25 min. 2 hours later I left. Was not impressed.

Communication was on point. Friendly conversation/approach. Kept me in the loop. Respectful.

OK I guess but I have to take it back... it's not right...

Service is the best good friendly staff

Went for a tire rotation. They offered to check alignment and brakes. Ended up doing nothing but try to sell me new tires. No rotation no alignment no brake check. Very dissatisfied this time. And promised in and out in an hour but an hour and a half to did not do the only thing I went in for.

Work was done correctly and in a timely manner. Everybody was polite and helpful, especially Easton Browne.

Walked in the door at 7am. Was behind one other car. Wanted tire checked that doesn't hold air. And brakes checked. made sure I could get out in an hour. 40 minutes later, the car is still parked at the front of the shop. Asked for my keys and left. Get a receipt showing work completed. Lie. Won't go back to this shop. No respect for customer time. Last visit I had appointment for oil change. Started 30 min late, assured me I would still get out in 30 min. Didn't happen-took full hr

To start off with they charge me $150 per tire that I found out the very next day at a different location was $99 a tire they broke 2 of my wheel studs at closing time didnt offer to fix them waited there for four hours for the service then had to take my car to a different location to have the wheel studs replaced and the tires rebalanced the very next day because they were so out of balance! And they Scratched my rims also!!! Never again will I use them I dont recommend anyone using them!

This place is my go-to, I wouldn't trust anybody else. Came in for an oil change and was alerted about needing new struts. As this was going to take longer chunk of my day, I was able to go home in an Uber and then caught a ride back to TK to pick up my car. Easton Browne is exceptional, and all the mechanics. Kudos to them. They help everyone with extreme care. I observe and listen every time I have to get something done to my vehicle. I also recommend to everyone that lives around the area who would need their services. In these crazy times where everyone is shorthanded, they are the best!!! Keep up the outstanding work! Thank you!
