Work was done well, took longer that I expected.

I have been coming here for more than 2 years and is always a welcoming and professionally staff

The Totals column of the receipt / invoice should be more itemized.

I have always received great service. Friendly staff. It would be nice to have Senior Discounts

Excellent, fast service in a very friendly atmosphere.

I only take my truck and car to this specific tire kingdom for the past 20 years. The manager Easton is friendly and honest about work that needs to be done. The mechanics are thorough and repairs are done in a timely manner. I would like to give kuddos to the members of Tire Kingdom in Lake Wales, Florida, for all their hard work!

I had an appointment for 1pm, but I dropped it off around 10:30am for my convenience. The shop called me at 1:15 pm and told me it was done when I was expecting it later.

Expect to wait at this location. Sometimes seems not very organized.

At checkin was greeted with friendly service writer who took care of me and called when service completed in a very timely matter I am from out of state and as a auto mechanic of 32 years I can say from a customer side service was A+ great job

these guys really helped me out.

Wrote incorrect mileage on oil stucker...they wrote it as 3000 less....tires were low pressure after balance and rotate

I have been a customer here for 18 years and Easton Brown is by far the best manager you have ever had at this location. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to this location.
