I needed 4 new tires and a few other car updates and Easton was amazing with his help and input towards the services I needed!

First time here, very friendly and helpful. Started and finished right on time. Explained work that was done and recommended service that will be needed in the future.

Customer service is 💯 all the time. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They keep all of the places clean and tidy. Easton is amazing and the staff definitely respects him and his knowledge. I have been bringing my vehicles to them for years and I won’t go anywhere else.

The Service Advisor Easton Brown was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and gave honest advice during my service today. My visit was due to one of my tires deflated overnight from possible nail or damages, to the ground. Easton showed me all of the options available for tire replacements, and due to excellent deals, I was able to afford replacement for all 4 tires The Mechanic discovered during my service that my vehicles rear brakes were in bad shape. Easton explained this to me with compassion and understanding that I had not budgeted for these repairs, but again the pricing was so reasonable, I opt to move forward and had the rear breaks serviced as well. I greatly appreciate the quick service, considering I did not have an appointment, they we able to get me back on the road in less than 3 hours, with every service bay filed with other customer vehicles. I hope Easton will get the recognition he deserves, for his product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and the way he represents your company. Thank you again!

The first gentleman I dealt with on Sunday 5/14 was amazing. He was kind and explained in detail everything that was needed to fix my issue. When I picked up my vehicle on Monday 5/15, I dealt with Easton Browne. He was also wonderful to deal with. Even though it was the end of the day and he was probably busy as heck, he took the time to discuss everything with me and ensured that he showed me all work had been done. He was kind and very customer oriented. Both of these gentlemen represented your company well. Thank you for the great experience. In the past I have had some issues, this time I did not.

This was my first visit to TK I was taking my friend's truck in for service I was very satisfied with the service that I received My associate/manager was Easton Browne He was very professional, customer friendly and upfront with the pricing Upon making our appointment we were quoted a price by a service tech Mr Browne confirmed the price was correct I would highly recommend this store to anyone I will be visiting the store again with my own vehicle A little friendliness goes a long way and I think all stores should learn from this store how to treat their customers so that they can have return customers too Thank you for my wonderful experience Mr Browne.
