Very professional and informative. Car was ready by the time they said it would be.

I scheduled my service online, which was easier than trying to call them. My service took about 1 hour while I waited in the store. NTB is now my go to store to service all my vehicles.

There was a problem with the first tire installation. However, it was fixed and partial refund given.

Good, except they repaired one tire and did not put air in the others. Got home and tps light came on.

The oil change was completed when the technician said it would be and he let us use a coupon.

Month later get told by Hyundai I needed a new battery and wondering why I wasnt told by tire kingdom about my battery performance the day of service.

The prices for the tires I purchased out weighed other stores far better.

Jacob was extremely helpful and courteous. They did a great job in letting me know what was needed and pricing. The online appointment feature needs to be worked on.
