They informed me that the wheelnuts on my Ford Focus 2018 were aluminum capped and could expand and make it impossible to remove a tire. I didn’t even know this was an issue and they recommended solid chrome nuts as an alternative.

I waited while my car was serviced and was very impressed with the customer interaction I observed between Jacob Horne and other people he served. He was considerate,polite,and very thorough in explaining the “what “ and “why “ to customers. This has been my personal experience with him on several occasions.

took my car in at scheduled time, very fast and efficent advised me of an issue one of my tires needed and cost to repair but the tire is under warranty and will be repaired under warranty tomorrow without them bringing it to my attention it could have been requiring a vtow and big loss of time many thx guys
