It was fine

From the second I walked in the door they were ready to greet me. They got me checked in and offered tv change with my visit and got my tires replaced quickly!

Fair prices, great customer service. This is my fifth visit to the Columbia Blvd Tire Kingdom. They`ve proven to be the professionals I want to work on my vehicles.

I had a nail in my sidewall. The hey had the tire in stock, rotated the rest for free and installed the new one in just a couple hours.

I found a bolt in my trucks tire causing a slow leak. The repair process was immediate , professional and completed with care. The staff was courteous and friendly. The price was fairI`ll be back.

See the answers to the previous questions to know. My only question/concern relates to my brakes. I was told they were checked but nothing was listed on the paperwork - hence the reason I asked. He said they were checked and they were fine. I visited Tire Kingdom in December and was told at that time that they were getting bad and should be replaced soon. That was over 3000 miles ago. Someone, somewhere (I feel) gave me erroneous information. Who? Where? I am uncertain of that. But it does not make me happy.

We discussed the type of Michelin tires I was interested in ie tire rating, mileage warranty etc. As well as what other tire companies would assist me if there were to be any problems during my 5 month stay in southern Maine beginning in a few weeks.
