This NTB branch performs satisfactory maintenance on my vehicles. Some of the personnel has changed from 2016. I would suggest that NTB expedite the paperwork step when out-processing customers. You will receive the quality service on your vehicle.

Too many hidden fees! I bought 4 expensive new tires and they aligned my newly purchased car. On my 700 mile trip home , I found the steering wheel off by 5 degrees and a front rotor was severely warped.. The nearest store is 100 miles away from my house. The shop manager ignored my phone calls, but the regional supervisor refunded all the hidden fee moneys and alignment cost.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and they easily explained car “stuff” that I didn’t understand. I’ve always had a good experience at this store. I also feel that they are very honest and trustworthy, which is key when getting work done on your vehicle!!

Ana was very smart, and professional, that girl needs a raise, she went out of her way to make sure the job was done promptly and efficiently.
