Online appointment was in the system. Knew what I needed. Explained the options clearly. Had the parts ready. Whole thing took an hour which given how busy they were, wasn’t bad.

I got a flat at the exit and they worked me in. Everybody was all smiles when I drove up and they greeted me in the parking lot. The sales person and the technician were the coolest guys. I am thankful for their willingness to help, their friendliness and professionalism. They were very fast as well.

NTB bent over backward to bring me (my truck) in even though they were very busy with other appointments and customers. They took care of my tire repair inside the time they had estimated and provided the feedback I needed on my battery. Everyone I spoke to in person and over the phone was very helpful. I will definitely be back to obtain a new battery from NTB when the time comes. Exemplary service!

Management is very nice an experienced here an very fair ...Anna an Manuel are very fair as so are there other co workers ..they also give a military discount an respect us military men an women they worked on all my cars ..an thank God we haven't had a problem with there service
