NTB-National Tire & Battery

My recent visit with NTB was very respectful and very respectful,good in timing I was happy with the results of the service and the feedback that I got from the mechanicsand the shop supervisors on future attention that the car needed.

I was only satisfied, not highly satisfied. The staff wasn't the friendliest but wasn't rude, just did their job. The bathroom trash was over flowing with paper towels with several on the floor. My tire rotation seems to have been done well but there wasn't much communications with the employees.

Took too long even with an appointment. But it was weekend. Work was done as it should

I was totally satisfied and will continure getting my cars serviced at NTB.

Satisfied with service. But had to wait for vehicle to be brought in even though there was an appointment made for 12 noon. Also, they stated a right rear wheel bearing was needed but when I had another experienced mechanic look at it, he said it tested normal.

It took a very long time. The waiting room and bathrooms were disgusting. The technicians completely changed my seats as if it were their car while TEST driving my car!!!

Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and very accomodating. The prices are great and beat the other places around. Fast service.

Horrible! The place opened hour late, but I decided to wait. Then a simple balance and rotation took over 2 hours to complete, even though I had a scheduled service time and was first in line. Also, way too expensive. Will not go back!!!

THey had the right oil and oil filter for the specific vehicle I bought in for oil change.
