They were clear in explaining prices, wait time. Overall it was a nice/pleasant experience. The warranty process were explain in understandable terms.The service/manager were in correct uniform and neatly dresses. That image means a lot to the customer’s.

Kalil (Slimm) Adieme, the store manager was very positive and even though he was short staffed, he did everything in his power to get the work done was quick as possible. His professionalism and customer service attitude was seccond to none! When I told him that I was very impressed with these qualities, he answered with "Well I want to be great with every customer interaction". What more can you say for how to be successful there as well as in life. This should be everyone at NTB's motto...maybe even a mission statement? Well done Slimm and I hope this feedback gets back to him.

They did a good job, even with road hazard and warranty on a brand new full set less than two years ago still cost me right at $200 to replace the tire that was flat as well as another one on the front they claimed was bad. I'm not sure why you even pay for road hazard and warranty and I could have gotten all 4 brand new tires for $400, but customer service has greatly improved at that location.
