NTB fit us in on a busy Sunday afternoon to patch a tire that had a large nail in it. They have always been very honest to deal with and dont try to upsell you on services. Nice and professional to deal with. Comfortable waiting area too. Thank you, NTB.

Very informative, the attendant was polite and Not misleading. I was made aware of staffing issues upfront which made me more understanding. Didn’t try to push unnecessary products, yet he informed me of recommended services but didn’t try to force it on me. Definitely will return and recommend!

I’m well aware that this is a new location from the previous one I last visited. The lobby is much smaller than the previous location and the staffing shortage likely has a lot to do with the lack of cleanliness. However, the service technicians are always kind, knowledgeable and very transparent with the customers.
