I was in and out within 20 minutes for my inspection....

We needed one Continental tire but the salesman said you no longer carry that brand of tire (recommend taking it off the website, then). We ended up getting 4 new tires since we could not replace the one we needed to replace (Continental).

Service was excellent. Manager was very informative about my tire conditions and how to address them.

There was a cashiers check in my car and now it is gone. You can’t even cash a cashier’s check if your name is not on the check so I’m not sure why anyone would want to take it. I’m sure they took it because nobody else was in my car for the past two days and I put it in my glove compartment. I’m highly upset and I will be reporting this to the authorities.

Although the northwoods location was understaffed, Slim the store manager took extreme care of me and got me in and out in a timely manner. The process was stress free and easy. Slim definitely deserves the recognition for his hard work and assuring I was taken care of!

I was in a bind with bald tires, one flat. Living on a teacher's salary doesn't allow for extra money and I needed my car the next day. They got me in right away and I got great service quickly and I can feel safe driving to school tomorrow. Thank you!
