Everything was completed on the date and time schedule. In general the only complaint I have is a lack of detail sometimes such as checking for burned out lights. At the same time major repair needs are not missed

My tech went above and beyond to help me. Even coming to my car when I got there to see what part they needed, it only took 15-30min so the time frame was right what I needed

The counter person was very nice. The work was done in 15 minutes. The counter person explained what was done to fix the issue and it was covered by my warrsnty.

Everything went smoothly. The service was explained to me in detail and everything got done in a timely manner.

My tire blew out and they made sure I was taken care of and the whole process was explained and reasonable.

Scott, the GM, spent a lot of time discussing different tire options in February and March and he was so patient, honest, and friendly. I checked around at multiple places, but my gut said to go back to NTB and I couldn't be more happy with my decision, the tires, and the service. When I picked up my car, the other agent who helped me was also very nice and helpful. I've told everyone I can how wonderful they are. I'll be a lifelong customer! .

The price was very reasonable and I was not in a hurry for the tire as it was a trailer spare.

This is the second time in months I have the Pleasure of working with Jimmy. He has the most Beautiful Personality and treats me more than just a customer. I always return just because of Him. I always leave completely satisfied be if Jimmy.
