NTB-National Tire & Battery

The tire issue was a blowout due to a road hazard and they replaced without an appointment. Since I needed an oil change, and an alignment, got it all done at once and NTB came through.

The manager was very apologetic. I had tried to schedule online the day before and and the techs were gone. So he called me to reschedule. I came in originally for a tire patch but wanted to add on brakes. I had never had my brakes replaced for the life of my car and was worried. NTB inspected them and told me I didn't need new brakes. I appreciate the honesty and regard for my pocketbook.
