Tire Kingdom

Didn't check tire pressure on all tires even though that's why I came in, and told me I needed critical brake repairs over the phone to get me to agree to expensive services without an estimate. Wasn't done on time either. Won't be returning.

The service personnel were informative and helpful. They explained the options between the two different tires available to replace my flat tire and why it could not be repaired. The shop was clean and inviting. Altogether a good experience.

I called and was told I could bring my car in right away for an oil change and all that goes with it. I brought my car in and was waited on in a timely manner and my car was done within the 45 minutes they quoted me. they pointed out some other areas I need to address, not able to do today, but will return when I am ready to buy 2 tires.

It stated with Byron Cater. He was professional, engaging and efficient. I arrived early for my appointment. He was able to accommodate my early arrival and I was able to be on my way within a reasonable amount of time.

Whitney and her associates did everything they could to make my service emergency seamless and easy. They were very kind, fast, and most of all, Whitney worked with me to get my insurance claim to cover it, although it was not already in her system.

Fast , courteous and so far did a good job !!

It was a very efficient experience. From setting the appointment to dropping off my vehicle. The associate called me several times to update me on the status of the repairs.

The customer service was excellent. The oil change was done in a very timely manner. I was overall very satisfied.

Overall, they did a good job. I waited too long for them to wrap up and return my car to me.

Have been visiting this location for several years and they are always excellent. Whitney Youngblood is outstanding in providing professional and friendly service. Puts customer first every time.
