I was 1/2 hour late because Waze GPS took me miles away from where I needed to be. I called Tire Kingdom HQ to explain that I'd be late for a 3:00PM appointment, (made online). My situation was relayed to the service center. I arrived at 3:30PM, was checked in, squeezed in; and after a reasonable wait, was on my way. Great Service!!!

Excellent service and professional

Even though the computers were down and it was more difficult on the manager and associates, I came in knowing the tires I wanted, and the team took care of me. With swollen lugs, I knew this would be a cost I would incur, but was not expecting the almost $10/lug which added to the cost. I knew they would need replacing though, since I had gone through the same thing seven years ago. During the wheel alignment, they let me know I would need to replace the tie/toe rods and let me know they could work up a price as soon as the computers were back online, and that they would email me the cost. My credit card information was taken and my email address. Next day I was contacted by the credit card company to inform me that the charge was declined and I immediately called to get Byron the information. He said he would have to wait on corporate to delete the invoice so the tires were put back into inventory. I stopped by to check during lunch to see if there was anything they needed from me. He was still waiting for the invoice to be canceled. I told him I would check back and that they could call if they needed to run the card electronically. Great team and I will return regularly.

The front desk women was very nice, she smilied and she was very knowledgeable in giving me information. Also the technician who worked on my car was nice and knowledgeable.
