Tire Kingdom

Service completed for oil change which with appointment took 3 hours. Then determined it needed wheel alignment that took another 20 minutes. Said they were a bit shorthanded but 3 plus hours with appointment is very poor

Because they did not put the correct sticker on my windshield an they broke my windshield washer fluid line the fluid comes out on the passenger side

The service without an appointment was excellent. They looked at the car as a whole and gave me a diagnostic of what was needed and options. The staff had an awesome attitude. I walked away feeling taken care off.

You go with an appointment and they still take 2 hours to do a simple oil change.

This was my second visit to this location, and it won't be my last. They treat you right on the phone or in person. They have good stock on the best tires, and they do the work quickly and accurately. I came in at 10am, tires were on site by 2pm. I brought the car at 3:10 and was driving home by 4:15. I received a call when the tires arrived. Overall, a great experience and price was competitive to our shops/websites. TY

Felt it was overpriced at $39.95 while others charged $20.00 less. Don't know if this included tire rotation?

Showed up for appt at 9 am scheduled , they didnt have the tires. Didnt get my service done till 7pm. 10 hours ....

I love these guys. Terry listen to my problem and fixed what need fix. Very professional, nice, and great service. I will recommend to everyone.

Shocks, struts, all new brakes & end links replaced. $2000. When I received my car at the end of the service my car was driving a hard left. I took it back and they said that I need to pay for an alignment job and then when I said that I just dropped $2000 that I should have had an alignment included in that cost with the kind of work they did. Needless to say they did fix the car for that, but later my end links broke because they put a right-sided end link on the left side!

I loved my service! I dropped my car off during opening for my 11am appointment and by 11 it was done! Terry the manager was great and helpful for my next visit.

End links to my sway bar about three weeks ago were put on and those end links to my sway bar were broken very soon after because they put a right-sided one on the left side causing my car to make horrible noises and lean horribly. They fixed it for free but this is actually my third visit (another separate 1 star review for that). Get it right the first time people. The total in addition to the end links was $2000. If I'm gonna drop that $ it needs to be taken care of correctly! Not going back

Terry was great. He listen to my problem and solved it. He also is professional, great customer service and saved my life because I have to take a trip to miami and my car was shaking. He know exactly what was wrong. No matter how busy he was Terry and the team got it done. I will recommend all my family and friends. Thanks guys.

I arrived early for my scheduled appointment and instead of making me wait until the scheduled time, they took my car early and completed the work early. Happiness is a quick visit for something like car service.
