I have had experiences at this store in the past that we less than ideal. They have definitely turned things around. Helpful staff, quick service! During a hectic season, I was dreading this appt but the staff turned my mindset around. Kudos to them at the St Cloud location. Keep up the good work!

THe proess was very simple and I can get oil change and tire rotation and check tire pressure all at the same time so I dont have to worry about that for a while. The price is still good even though the discounts are less.

The associate took the time to show and explain the problem with my vehicle. It was easy to make my appointment and I was attended to right away with no issues.

After Midas changed oil and wipers, I was happy. A few days later I called asking, Did you check out my battery? Honesy prevailed, he said it wasn't checked according to their records. Usually they are thorough, but I ended up with a dead battery because of the inclemented weather. AAA replaced it at my home.

Your manager Terry at the St.cloud location is one of the best I’ve seen in how he deals with customers as myself

They did the job but neglected to call me saying the car was ready. It went overnight without a call.

Had a comfortable waiting room where I was called in when needed , a worker helped me load wheels into the back of my car

Do not know for sure if they rotated the tires as part of changing oil which was free but not noted on invoice.

The customer service was great, and the service and price was communicated to me when i asked. Also showed me a print out of the 4 wheel alignment.
